We offer a full refund or exchange for items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the following criteria are met:

• Unused Condition: The product must be in its original, unused state—exactly as you received it.
• Original Packaging: All components (including the product, rack, burlap bag, adhesive backing paper and manuals) must be securely repackaged in the original undamaged box.

60-Day Free Component Replacement

Within 60 days of delivery, we offer complimentary replacements for the following issues:  

• 1. Missing or damaged puzzle pieces.  
• 2. Damaged packaging upon arrival.  
• 3. Missing accessories or components.  
• 4. Quality defects or manufacturing flaws.

Please contact our Customer Service team before initiating any return to confirm eligibility and receive shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed for refunds.
